Godrej Properties Sells ₹1,000 crore Worth Of Homes
Godrej Properties Ltd announced on August 25 that it has successfully sold 683 residential units worth over ₹1,000 crore in its newly launched Hyderabad project, Godrej Regal Pavilion. The project, situated in Rajendra Nagar, was launched earlier in August 2025 and marks the company’s second successful launch in the city this year, with both projects individually surpassing the ₹1,000 crore mark. According to a regulatory filing, the company sold 683 units covering 1.20 million square feet at launch.
Godrej Regal Pavilion is among the company’s largest residential projects in South India, with a total development potential of 4.14 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of ₹3,600 crore. The development significantly expands Godrej Properties’ footprint in South Hyderabad.
Rajendra Nagar is fast emerging as a key locality in Hyderabad, offering a balance of affordability and accessibility. It features strong infrastructure, smooth connectivity via the Outer Ring Road (ORR), and proximity to the airport, making it one of the city’s high-growth corridors. MD & CEO Gaurav Pandey credited the project’s success to increasing demand for trusted brands and quality housing in Hyderabad.
