Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE India Release Date Leaked New Flagship Series Set to Debut in May

Leaks have surfaced regarding the highly anticipated India launch of the Vivo X300 series, including the top-tier X300 Ultra and the more accessible X300 FE (Fan Edition). According to industry insiders and recent certification listings, the series is expected to make its official Indian debut in mid-May 2026. The X300 Ultra is being positioned as a mobile photography powerhouse, reportedly featuring a massive 1-inch primary sensor and an upgraded 200MP periscope telephoto lens developed in collaboration with ZEISS, aimed at reclaiming the crown for the best camera smartphone of the year.

The leaked specifications suggest that the X300 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, while the X300 FE is likely to sport a high-end Dimensity processor to balance performance and cost. Both devices are expected to feature Vivo’s new “V-Shield” glass for enhanced durability and LTPO AMOLED displays with 144Hz refresh rates.
