City Club Cruises to Semifinals, Crushes Darrang Rhinos by 120 Runs

City Cricket Club has advanced to the semifinal round of the Sitaram Todi Memorial Under-19 Cricket Tournament. In a match held today in Maligaon, City defeated Darrang Rhinos by 120 runs. Batting first, City scored 154 runs in 38.3 overs with the help of Hiyan Kashyap’s 51 and Abhinav Das’s 25.
Darrang Rhinos’ Shuvankar Sharma took five wickets. In response, Darrang’s innings ended for just 34 runs in 17.4 overs. City’s Mayukh Hazarika and Aryan Borah took three wickets each, while Krishna Gupta took two wickets. Hiyan was named Man of the Match.
